Cherry Fruit Bowl

Solid Cherry and turned from a single piece of 2" thick stock, this fruit bowl has an average wall thickness of 1/8 inch.  The flat lip is 2 5/8" across.
While turning this form, several other edge and lip designs arose that will need to be explored.

Mahogany Weed Pot

A fairly small piece, this weed pot would fit almost anywhere with a small spray of dried flowers placed in the 2 3/4" hole.  This piece also has an average wall thickness of 1/8".
